Today’s post comes from Worship Write Witness’s president, Mary Davis.

Worship Write Witness (WWW) is a local ACFW (American Christian Fiction Writers) chapter located in Colorado Springs, committed to encouraging and training writers to become authors. Our group consists of published and yet-to-be published authors who write in a variety of genres. From romance to science fiction, from historical to contemporary, and everything in between. We’ve got it all.

News from our local members:

We had our annual Christmas Social on Saturday and had a blast! The Pen Exchange was exciting!. Sorry, Jeannie, but I’m keeping the angel pen I stole from you. 😀 Jeannie Young won the Christmas Carol game by getting all 20 answers correct. However, she declined the prize as she was the one who donated it and already had a copy of the book. Kathy Kovach and Tiff Stockton both came in second, and after a brutal battle ( ;-D ), Kathy went home with the book. Then we played Apples to Apples. Debra Von Maltitz won that game. Thank you, Heather, for opening your home and for the awesome hot chocolate bar. I loved the gingerbread marshmallows.

Mary Davis had a book signing at Written World Bookstore for her Christmas novella “A Carpenter Christmas” in A Cascades Christmas Anthology on December 1st.

Donita K. Paul also had a book signing at Written World Bookstore for her Christmas novella “Two Tickets to the Christmas Ball” on December 1st.
