Today’s Member Monday is brought to you by Jill Hups, president of HIS Writers.

Chartered in 2006, HIS Writers is Colorado’s first ACFW chapter. Our mission is to encourage fiction writers, help develop their skills, educate them in the market, and provide fellowship for writers of like interest. We welcome people in all stages of their writing journey.

Monthly Meetings
HIS Writers meet the second Monday of each month from 7 – 9 p.m. at the Barnes and Noble at 9370 Sheridan Blvd (NE corner of 92nd and Sheridan) in Westminster. In September, our speaker will be Denise Holmes, Director of Words for the Journey Christian Writers Guild (WFTJ), who will be talking on “Creating a Great Villain.”

Critique Group
We also offer a critique group to our members that meets the third Monday of each month from 7 – 9 p.m. at New Life Church, 1457 Nelson St. in Lakewood.
